My name is Hester, I'm Head of HR and I joined Reach for Change in 2022 where I started as an HR & Admin Intern based in Stockholm, Sweden. 

What I love most about working at Reach for Change is the opportunity to support a wonderful team full of passion for our collective vision and mission. The importance of employee well-being and sense of belonging is reflected in an extremely supportive and empowering working environment, that I am proud to be a part of!

A fun fact about me is that over the past 7 years I've lived in 4 different countries and 8 different cities.
