My journey with RfC started in 2016 as an intern during my Master, where I worked with our program in Denmark and the capacity building of our Change Leaders.  

I joined HR in 2019 and have enjoyed working my way in to the heart of the organisation supporting out brave, smart and passionate team.

My best Reach for Change-moments? I have many, but the best ones for me are the proud feelings of accomplishments and learning's shared between Change Leaders or Team members after a Workshop or a Training session. I simply love seeing people grow together and putting words into their journey.

What I love most about my job is that I get to interact directly with so many of my colleagues around the world in one way or another. I love the everyday humor over email's and Hangout chats and the simple fact that no matter where I am, I feel surrounded by great colleagues virtually. And most important, working with  RfC as an organization makes me so proud!

About Reach For Change

Reach for Change is an international non profit organization with the mission to unleash the power of innovation and entrepreneurship to create a better world for children and youth. Our vision is a world where all children reach their full potential. We achieve this by empowering local social entrepreneurs to develop and scale innovative solutions to problems facing children and youth. We were founded in 2010 and we have supported more than 1,000 social entrepreneurs in 18 countries across 3 continents (Africa, Central Asia, and Europe). Their solutions have in turn supported almost 4.5 million children and youth. Today, Reach for Change has a portfolio of 1000+ social entrepreneurs across 18 countries and a local presence in 9 countries across Africa and Europe.
