My name is Barbara and I'm the HR & Operations Manager I've been with Reach for Change since 2016 where I started as the Africa Admin Officer.

One thing I love about my job is seeing all the amazing work that is making impact, addressing societal issues and changing the lives of people around the world. I find that very fulfilling. 

A fun fact about me is that I love food, movies and romance novels. 

I would recommend Reach for Change as a place of work because everyday I look forward to helping my colleagues and conquering our challenges with our smart, brave and passionate team!
