Hi, 

I started my Reach for Change journey back in 2014. Since then I have taken on a variety of roles such as lead for Search and Selection for our amazing Change Leaders in Sweden, to running the Incubator, to working on our global fundraising and partnership work on a global scale. I sit in our Stockholm office, but speak with almost every country we work in on a weekly basis. 

My best Reach for Change moment thankfully happens again and again, it is when a Change Leader shares how our work made their work possible and therefore more children and youth received support. 

What I love most about my job, is the opportunity to take our organization to the next level, who can we partner with, and what programs can we run to reach our 2030 goals. We are always hungry for how we can do better, to do better by the children and youth who count on the work of our Change Leaders.
