My name is Plamena, I’m Global Content & SoMe Manager and I've been with Reach for Change since 2015 when I started as a Communications Intern in Bulgaria. One thing I love about my job is getting the opportunity to find and tell the inspiring stories of our Change Leaders and the learnings from the different markets we operate in. A fun fact about me is that I'm a big outdoors fan and I try to spend as much time in the mountains - climbing or hiking with my two dogs and my boyfriend. I definitely recommend Reach for Change as a dynamic, diverse and impactful place to work and hope to see you joining our team soon!

Reach for Change is an international non profit organization with the mission to unleash the power of innovation and entrepreneurship to create a better world for children and youth. Our vision is a world where all children reach their full potential. We achieve this by empowering local social entrepreneurs to develop and scale innovative solutions to problems facing children and youth. We were founded in 2010 and we have supported more than 1,000 social entrepreneurs in 18 countries across 3 continents (Africa, Central Asia, and Europe). Their solutions have in turn supported almost 4.5 million children and youth. Today, Reach for Change has a portfolio of 1000+ social entrepreneurs across 18 countries and a local presence in 9 countries across Africa and Europe.
