My name is Andrews Akoto-Addo. However, you can call me "Andy" to keep it simple. I’m Project & Comms Officer, Ghana, and I’ve been with Reach for Change since 2022 where I started as a Program Consultant.

What I love most about working with Reach for Change is the flexibility and the supportive team I have for a quality work life. I equally relish the platform I have to discover unique insights and experiences of social entrepreneurs across different markets while identifying best practices for a thriving ecosystem in Africa.

A fun fact about me as a potential colleague is that I love art and based on routine compliments, I think I am a great dancer!
