I am an Ethiopian professional with over five years of experience in program and project coordination, management, monitoring, and evaluation, particularly in sectors such as Enterprise and Business Development, Gender, Youth, and Economic Empowerment. I am enthusiastic and creative, with a strong problem-solving attitude and a commitment to teamwork. I hold various certifications in areas like Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Leadership, Entrepreneurship Development Training and Coaching, and Digital Marketing and Communication.

It's always exciting to work in RFC as the impact of the work is visible and seeing the change leaders create positive change in the community and I enjoy the dynamic and vibrant team with team spirit that supports and Professional and personal growth of each of the team mates.

Reach for Change is an international non profit organization with the mission to unleash the power of innovation and entrepreneurship to create a better world for children and youth. Our vision is a world where all children reach their full potential. We achieve this by empowering local social entrepreneurs to develop and scale innovative solutions to problems facing children and youth. We were founded in 2010 and we have supported more than 1,000 social entrepreneurs in 18 countries across 3 continents (Africa, Central Asia, and Europe). Their solutions have in turn supported almost 4.5 million children and youth. Today, Reach for Change has a portfolio of 1000+ social entrepreneurs across 18 countries and a local presence in 9 countries across Africa and Europe.
