My name is Olga Harding, and I am a Finance & Project Manager for the Baltics, working at Reach for Change Latvia.

In my role, I focus on managing a large project where we are the leading organization. I also wear a second hat, overseeing the financial side of all operations in the region and shaping our financial strategy.

What I love most about working here is seeing the direct impact we can have on communities by empowering innovative minds to bring their ideas to life. Every day, I’m inspired by the passion and creativity of the people we support and the team I work with.

A fun fact about me is that I’ve joined Reach for Change twice—first in 2014, when the Latvian branch was just launched, and again in 2023 in my current role.
