My name is Elsabeth and I’m a Program Manager in the Ethiopia Country office I’ve been with Reach for Change since July 2018.

One thing I love about my job is that I get to experience the area of Social entrepreneurship and can support many startups that have a big local business solution to solve pressing issues in the community.

A fun fact about me as a potential colleague is that I love traveling the world and exploring different cultures.

About Reach For Change

Reach for Change is an international non profit organization with the mission to unleash the power of innovation and entrepreneurship to create a better world for children and youth. Our vision is a world where all children reach their full potential. We achieve this by empowering local social entrepreneurs to develop and scale innovative solutions to problems facing children and youth. We were founded in 2010 and we have supported more than 1,000 social entrepreneurs in 18 countries across 3 continents (Africa, Central Asia, and Europe). Their solutions have in turn supported almost 4.5 million children and youth. Today, Reach for Change has a portfolio of 1000+ social entrepreneurs across 18 countries and a local presence in 9 countries across Africa and Europe.
