Hi! I'm based in Riga, Latvia and I work as Project & Communication Officer in the Baltics, trying to find new ways to communicate about our work here. I've been working at Reach for Change since August 2023 and I've learned so much during this time. 

What I love most about working here are the people I work with, the supportive and friendly atmosphere, and the space to learn and experiment with my ideas. The international perspective is also a nice bonus! But honestly, the best part is the chance to do something truly meaningful. Hearing from the people we've helped is what keeps me inspired.
