Country Manager – Program & Impact

My name is Amadou MBODJ and I’m the Country Manager for Senegal and I’ve been with Reach for Change since November 2022.

One thing I love about my job is that I get the challenge to grow and position Reach for Change in Senegal through its registration as a legal entity and the development of new and large funding partnerships.

A fun fact about me as a potential colleague is that I have travelled in about 30 countries across four continents and have three decades of professional experience in the development sector, in Senegal and other countries, mainly in western, and central Africa.

I am committed to share my life and professional experiences acquired through contacts and exchanges I had with amazing people I have met.

About Reach For Change

Reach for Change is an international non profit organization with the mission to unleash the power of innovation and entrepreneurship to create a better world for children and youth. Our vision is a world where all children reach their full potential. We achieve this by empowering local social entrepreneurs to develop and scale innovative solutions to problems facing children and youth. We were founded in 2010 and we have supported more than 1,000 social entrepreneurs in 18 countries across 3 continents (Africa, Central Asia, and Europe). Their solutions have in turn supported almost 4.5 million children and youth. Today, Reach for Change has a portfolio of 1000+ social entrepreneurs across 18 countries and a local presence in 9 countries across Africa and Europe.
